About Asaba Property Hub
Asaba Property Hub is a property marketplace and management platform built for Asaba and the wider Delta State corridor.
We exist because buying property in Asaba should not feel like a gamble. Land titles, survey plans, access roads, power supply and estate governance all matter — and most buyers only discover the gaps after paying.
So we built a hub: verified listings, transparent documentation, real photographs of real properties, and a member account where your interest, purchase progress, ownership and resale all live in one place.
Asaba sits at a crossroads — the Niger Bridge on one side, the Benin expressway on another, Okpanam and Ibusa opening up behind. Our work follows that growth.
